Lavender Purple ruffle bottom bloomer and skinny headband

Headband is made of a 2.5″ purple chiffon white rhinestone and pearl center, on a 1/4″ purple skinny elastic band. These make the perfect baby shower gift, photo prop or coming home outfit.
